Terribly slow and although the staff is friendly that's only when you can get their attention at the front counter. Usually if I go in I don't get service for at least 5 min. Drive through usually don't get food for 10-15.
I was ignored standing at the counter, for about 5 minutes until they were ready to take my order. Having worked in food service and hospitality, I would suggest that a smile and the words "hi, we'll be right with you" go very long ways toward providing a quality customer experience
